Shipping/Handling Information
Shipping Times & Prices (updated Feb. 10 2026):
United States:
- Standard shipping (USPS Ground Advantage):
- Average ship time 3-5 business days
- $5.99 flat fee, free for orders over $100
- All other services:
- Variable ship time
- Carrier rates based on distance and weight
International:
- Carrier rates based on service, distance and weight only
- Receiver pays any customs/duties
- Unfortunately we are not able to estimate these on our end or include them our website's shipping calculations, please look up the relevant tariff situation for your country before ordering
Note: Shipping times are estimates and may vary based on courier service disruptions (eg., bad weather) and high-volume periods (eg., holidays).
Handling Time: Please allow an average of 2 business days for order processing and handling (this is separate from shipping time). When an item is in stock, your item can ship with 0-1 business days handling time, but rarely orders will be caught between restocks and can take up to 5 business days handling time.
Shipping Cutoff Time: Orders placed Monday-Friday before 2:00 PM Pacific will begin processing on the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Pacific will be processed the next business day. Orders placed Saturday-Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Our Courier Partner: Completed orders are picked up by our carrier the morning of the next business day. Orders completed on Friday will be picked up the following Monday. We ship via USPS for a majority of our orders, and UPS on occasion.
Tracking Your Package: Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Simply click on the link in the email, or visit the USPS or UPS website and input the tracking number to monitor your package's journey.
While we always provide detailed tracking for all our shipments, once a package enters the military mail system, detailed tracking might become limited.

Items Not Received: If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, please do the following:
- - Check the shipping address on your order to ensure it's correct.
- - Look for any attempted delivery notices from UPS.
- - Check with neighbors in case the package was left there by mistake.
If after these steps your package is still not located, please contact our customer service within 14 days of the expected delivery date. We will do our utmost to assist you, and if necessary, send out a replacement or process a refund.

Shipping to APO/FPO Addresses:
Regions We Ship To: We proudly ship to customers worldwide, including PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
Regions We Do Not Ship To: Currently, we do not ship to select countries in Asia and Africa. For a full list of excluded countries, please contact our customer service.
Inventory Management: Due to the extended delivery times for APO/FPO shipments, there may be a slightly longer window for returns or exchanges.
Delivery Times: Please note that shipping to APO/FPO addresses might take longer than our standard international shipments. Depending on the final destination, some shipments can take several weeks.
Shipping Regulations: APO/FPO shipments come with their specific requirements, including packaging, addressing, and customs forms. Please ensure that you've provided accurate details to avoid shipping delays.
Customs Restrictions: Different APO/FPO locations might have restrictions on certain items due to the policies of the destination country or military guidelines. Please ensure you're familiar with these before shipping.
