Shipping & Delivery

Most online orders go out within 24-48 hours of receipt. They typically arrive in four to seven business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the continental United States.

Returns & Damaged Product

Call us for authorization and instructions before returning merchandise. Generally, we accept returns on any unused products that are in their original condition. If you have used the product and are unsatisfied with it, we would like to know why so that we can improve our products and we may be able to offer you a credit or partial refund for the unused portion.

In the unlikely event that a product is damaged during shipping please notify us immediately or as soon as possible after receiving your package. We will decide whether to replace your product or to file a claim with the carrier based on the circumstances and extent of the damage.

Sales Tax

The state of Oregon does not require us to collect sales taxes.
